This document sets out the terms of use for the d21 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the d21 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of this document, please stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any amendments to these terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes.
The d21 platform is available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to use online gambling services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Registration Requirements
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the d21 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without a refund of any remaining balance.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. d21 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and account verification purposes.

Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. d21 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
All activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, including all bets placed and transactions made, unless you have reported unauthorised access to d21 prior to that activity taking place.
Usage Rules and User Responsibilities
D21 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful and appropriate purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to defraud the system or exploit any technical vulnerabilities on the platform
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without valid written authorisation
- Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information through the platform
- Violating any applicable laws in Malaysia while using d21's services
- Attempting to transfer account balances to other users through unauthorised methods
D21 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected breach of these terms, including temporarily suspending an account while an investigation is underway.
Payment Information and Transaction Policy
Deposits & Currency
All transactions on the d21 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX via local online banking portals and TNG eWallet. Deposits are typically credited within minutes of a successful transaction.
D21 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. However, some financial institutions or e-wallet providers may apply their own charges. Check with your payment provider before making a deposit.
Withdrawals & Limits
Withdrawals are processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits depend on your account's VIP tier. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard compliance checks before approval.
D21 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where fraud is suspected, where suspicious activity is detected, or where requested identity verification documents have not been submitted. Any taxes applicable to winnings are the user's responsibility under the relevant tax laws.
Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
D21 Liability Limits
D21 is not liable for any losses arising from technical service interruptions, connectivity issues on the user's end, betting decisions made based on misunderstood information, or any circumstances beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and d21 makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption.
Account Suspension and Closure
D21 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, or at the user's own request. Upon closure, any valid remaining balance (following the completion of any investigation) will be returned to the user via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the d21 platform — including logos, designs, text, and software — is the property of d21 and is protected under intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse this content without written permission. Any third-party links that may appear on the platform are for informational purposes only — d21 is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
D21 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure compliance with the latest version of the terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the d21 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate mechanisms under Malaysian jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that part shall be severed from this document and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
